Dr. Xinyuan Chen has received a four-year NIH award entitled "New win methods for addressing multiple and composite outcomes in cluster-randomized trials" in collaboration with Yale University. This award aims to maximize the patient-centered information gleaned from cluster-randomized trials (CRTs). The upcoming research projects will emphasize on investigating the net treatment effects defined through win estimands (net benefit, win ratio, win odds) on multiple—prioritized and non-prioritized—outcomes that capture benefit or risk.
