Abstract: The Fundamental Theorem of Evolution states that Evolutionary Entropy increases in systems driven by a stable energy source, and decreases in systems driven by an unstable energy source. The Second Law of Thermodynamics states the Thermodynamic Entropy increases in isolated systems. The presentation elucidates the relation between these two principles.
